There was actually two bugs:
1) The root cause was that the xml schema for the breakpoints enumeration value doesn't accept commas (like the .net xml serializer does for Flags enumeration values). e.g. Break="Preemption, AfterPreemption"
Fix: Updated the xml schema to allow the list of enum values plus any other string.
2) The secondary bug was the null runner object. this is due to reading the invalid xml for the test case failing.
Fix: When these errors are detected, I no longer try to process the result according to the expected results etc (since that info doesn't exist).

- Also fixed a method name misspelling in the TestCaseRunnerEngine class.

The Taskometer was creating a seperate UI thread to run in but no way to join with that thread. Mcut was running the UI, and thinking the test had finished and creating the results xml file before the GO button had been clicked by the user.
