Move TaskoMeter UI to be less interactive. More of a results view

description

  • Run a schedule test from MCUT that will run the test and return a result set xml. One set per run of the test.
  • Move TaskoMeter UI results view into Alpaca.
  • Add right-click to a performance test to view the results
  • Add a toolbar to Alpaca to allow running and stopping a test. (Optional, this is getting into the features we wanted for a new UI)
